Infinite loading screen when logging out of character [Xbox]

More than half of the time whenever I logout of a character I will get stuck with an infinite loading screen instead of returning to the character selection screen.
The only solution is to exit ESO (via Xbox menu) and then restart ESO. In this case, I will then likely get an Error 305 (account is already logged in) message.

I believe this issue has only begun occuring since Greymoor was released.

they don't work @ZOS_BillE what did work for me when I posted about this even tho it sucked is re-download the game again put a message in the announcements for Xbox people with this issue to do that it's working well for me now

@ZOS_BillE do you know if this is being looked at? I get this quite often. It is specific to logging out of a character and returning to character select. The load screen is infinite, not a split second load screen as mentioned in the other thread you posed.

This has been happening since Greymoor and persists to this day.

This has happened to me several times since Tuesday's update ( xbox na). I have to close the game and re-open. It is a real pain switching characters and getting even more load screens than normal, because I have to re-start the game in-between logging in different alts. I do hope someone can look into this for us. Thank you.

Same. The only thing that seems to fix it is closing the game.
