Yo again! I would like to again raise a couple of serious things in PvP that you probably noticed yourself. You can also place yours here so they can be seen too.

1) Zaan. You probably know the problems of this set a long time ago. His problem in PVP is that:
a) Too much damage, even without a vampire after graymoor.
b) Beam desync. You remember this, but now this problem has been aggravated by that ..... AFTER WHEN U BREAK BEAM, ENEMY RUN UP TO YOU, ZAAN PROK AGAIN WITHOUT COOLDOWN!

Possible solution: Take, as an alternative, the spawning BALL as a pet from a scaleсaller that can move slowly or even be in one place. This will remove the problems with the "stretched beam" bug, because the processing will be directly from the server and not client-server-client.


2) Cut healing Battlespirit to 60%. I very often find myself in a game and play non-cp bg and cyro. I noticed that the total cut is far from 10%. Using the battle logs in the addon when i playing on my BG healer, I was able to determine that the total healing cut is about ~22% (Not a 60% in summary, as fact ~72%). It is impossible to healing yourself in medium armor...Everyone again runs in heavy armor. (And lot-of sorcs with shields). Amazing....

Possible solution: Review the battle spirit, correct the value to 60% and test it.


3) Yeah ... A little earlier I mentioned sorcerers. Do you know why? My ass is blazing. STREAK. All the poor protection of the sorcerer, their flaws are brazenly compensated by this skill. They can brazenly absorb any projectile and move around doing 6-7 streaks in a row. Someone will say: STREAK COST VERY EXPENSIVE, SHUT UP! -Do not tell me, I play for each class and played a magical and stamina sorcerer in PVP, STREAK IMBALANCE SKILL. And yes .... Range attacks after stun is very honest (everytime, kek).

Possible solutions: Increase the initial cost by 50%, or the penalty for each use up to 50-60%, additionally roll back not 4 seconds, but 6. Add a modifier to passive abilities / sorcerer skills additional mitigate damage or resistance. Someone will say that this is not correct. Of course, you just kill everything in a row continuously using this skill, and as soon as it is nerfed, run down to complain that the sorcerer was killed and the game is over. I am pretty sure that every sorcerer uses this skill.

    Lots of people are confused by this. Changing healing reduction from 50% to 60% means your healing in pvp will suffer a 20% decrease compared to last patch.

    Last patch you had 0.5x the pve value for heals. This patch it's 0.4x that value.
    => 0.4/0.5 = 0.8
    So yeah missing 20%...
    That means they implemented it correctly.

    This doesn't sound like bugs. Sound more like balance issues.

    A bug would be how gap closers in heavy load, cause your character location to desync. Gap closers are already considered risky due to placing you in precarious positioning, but I found removing mine that I use for CC and off balance, reduced my rubber banding.

    This of course makes streak even more powerful if you cant gap close.

    Yes, you're right, I messed up a bit with that. Then yes, it seems then need to do 55% or return back to 50%.

    Agreed. Also this blanket nerf to healing screws over classes who had little healing to begin with. But people have been saying that since day 1 of the pts and ZOS did not listen, so I doubt they will now. :/

    I run in medium armor and have no issues healing in no-cp.

    Just gotta work in more mitigation/avoidance and then you wont need as much healing.

    The bugs are

    - [battlegrounds cannot see nameplates of team members therefor in combat frequently you find yourself alone even more than before]

    -[gap close bugs]

    -[block does not register since block "changes" causing meteor and other blockable stuns to stun through block]

    -[fear is an unbreakable CC due to animation bugs]

    -[sprint will get stuck causing skills to not work until you sprint again]

    -[cone AOE spells will NOT fire when there is a lot going on EG:dawnbreaker, acid spray, brawler, flame breath]

    -[nightblade cloak can be gap closed to, pets will chase them down out of it and it generally in unreliable do to desync]

    -[spells that have a ground targeting circle will NOT cast until you bar swap, this includes ultimates and happens for no reason constantly causing heals and ults to not work if they are quickcast]

    -[spells that have a cast recast mechanic, EG: brutal pounce, stonefist, cutting dive, flying dagger, just flat out don't work properly in pvp because of desync and if not that their design makes them ineffective for PvP due to LoS pets and dodge roll]

    -[streak whiffs randomly]

    -[portals in battlegrounds don't work when the players position is desync]

    -[doors in cyrodil boot you out as soon as you enter if you press E many times, which you did because it did not register the first time]

    -[You can receive a battleground queue pop while in a battleground]

    -[If you use auto accept to enter a battleground while in a load screen you will enter and have a yellow NPC nameplate and nobody can see which team you are on]

    -[on rare occasions you can become streak stunned and when you are rezzed it persists which causes your light and heavy attacks to DRAIN your own stamina while all your other abilities remain locked including dodge roll this effect persists through death]

    -[there are several spots in battlegrounds where being hit with DK leap or meteor will cause you to instantly take fatal environmental damage without falling off the edge of a building or map because it thinks you have gap closed into a graveyard]

    -[if you have a health regen buff when you die sometimes your health will not go below 0]

    -[sometimes when you die you become an untargetable sliding corpse but can still attack and heal at will, the player affected by this bug will not see that they are sliding on the floor to everyone else]

    -[sometimes you will fall through the "world" and become disconnected]

    -[OFTEN you will become stuck in combat even if you have gone far beyond the leash of any NPCS or not engaged in combat with players]

    -[spells can become "stuck" allowing players to cast them multiple times so that when they do fire they will unleash all those casts at once, overload heavy attack and dizzy swing or jabs, snipe IE: channeled spells are most often afflicted]

    -[Overload light attacks used with elemental weapon will not show damage received to the target of them]

    -[if you die with a chaos ball or relic you can stand in graveyard with them allowing for exploiting of those game modes]

    -[beckoning armor can stun the person using it if the ability is line of sighted]

    These are just some of the BUGS that are frequently run into by PvPers, there are many more. There is lots of other glaring balance issues but the one that I hear about the MOST by FAR is, mages wrath and endless fury spells are RUINING deathmatch battlegrounds for everyone else involved you can't have a scoring system with 3rd party kill stealing and have a auto execute debuff that can be cast on multiple targets at max range..... it's the worst imbalance I have seen in a video game that has not been corrected for such a long time, people quit the game because of this.

    Oh yeah and there is this huge bug that needs to be fixed, YOU CANNOT PVP IN BATTLEGROUNDS WITH YOUR FRIENDS
