Housing Feature Request --- Snapshot (Design Save Mode)

Would it be possible to add a feature to housing that would allow a player to save a house in its current state and have the option to show it in that state at anytime?
For example: The player can build and design a house, place all their furniture down and then when they are absolutely happy with it, snapshot it, and then always have that version of the house to load and show even if they make changes to it and redesign it?
The reason why a feature like this would be amazing is because of this: Sometimes you work really hard designing a gorgeous house. You work weeks on it and build this amazing concept. But you built it on one of the only two land plots in the game. But then all of a sudden a new contest comes out with your guild, and you choose not to enter it, because you don't want to tare down your amazing house to build a new idea for the theme of the contest. You feel like so many people still haven't even seen the awesome house you made yet, you don't want to tare it down.
If you had like a snapshot feature that allowed us to save the house in its current position (maybe even have a few slots to save up to three designs) that would allow us to tare down everything and do knew stuff all the time, without being denied the chance to still, show someone an awesome design we once made on that land plot. You can even make it so we cant move or edit anything. We can only load a design to show someone what we made.
Simplified: Say you have coldharbour and you built an awesome space station designed home. You put a lot of work into it and its gorgeous. Then all of a sudden you need the land plot to build a fun park theme for a contest. You can save a snapshot of the space station. Then tare everything down and build your fun park. Then one day, when you have a friend ask you about any cool houses you've made, you can say, "I made this awesome space station once in coldharbour. Wanna see it? and then when you click on the house on the map, it would show you one of, say maybe three snapshot saved options of the home to choose from.

I know this is a crazy idea and I only know the basics of game development. So I'm not sure how much work this would entail, but I feel like it would also generate the game more revenue. Reason being that every time I enter a new housing contest I spend a boat load of money on crowns to buy things I'll need for the theme. But, because I don't want to tear down my awesome houses, I haven't entered in any housing contests in months. I'm too in love with what I made and want to be able to show people what I designed. After all, I spent a lot of hours designing it, and I cant buy other land plots cause there aren't any.
What good is it to spend countless untold hours making an incredible themed home only to show a handful of people and then tare it down? A year from now if I join a new guild, I want to be able to show new friends some houses I made. Why not allow me to do that?
Also, if you think this would hurt revenue because people would stop buying new houses and only rebuild over and over again on the same land, you're wrong. Each house has it's own features that make it right for certain themes. People will always get more houses for more options. land plots though are where the real crafter can get creative and build everything from his or her mind. And you only have two options for that in the game.
I don't know. I feel like this would be a really cool idea.

interesting. So if I take everything down and rebuild something but don't like it, I can use save house to reload the house back the way it was?

Yes, as long as you have items in your storage/inventory and house is empty (if you don't want overlap furnitures :P)
