Player Crownbought Warehouse idea for furniture storage.

So we regularly see gripes and groans about the issue of players having nowhere to store their immeasurable amounts of furnishings (other than in a sacrificial dumping house). What if we were offered a modular warehouse type building for such things via the crown store? When I say modular I mean something like this:

Module1: Original warehouse costs around 5000-6000 Crowns has to be bought before any modules can be added and has an item limit of 700 house items.
Module2: Outdoor storage costs around 2500-3000Crowns can be used to store large items and outdoor items only, has an item limit of 300-600 items.
Module3: Stables (attaches to outdoor area) 2000Crowns, Has room to display All your mounts.
Module4: Trophy room 1000-1500Crowns Has 200-300 item limit but can only be used for trophys.

Expanding this list, theoretically you could have a module for each category of furnishing obtainable by buying in the crown store and adding to your existing warehouse each with it's own furnishing limit.

No idea if this idea is feasible or not, but I for one think it would be a cool way around what is at the moment a maddening issue for the housing community :)

Tbh I would prefer crafting bag for furniture and/or more storage slots in general. There's no point in paying crowns for something that is not really different from a regular storage house. It would still require porting back and forth which is not very convenient. Another problem with storage houses is that if you want to store items that are usually bought/crafted in bulk (such as trees, platforms etc) you run out of slots very quickly, because each individual items takes up a slot.
However, a modular house (like in that Skyrim expansion) would be a very neat idea. :)

Just buy houses you dont want to decorate. You plan is solid, but if they did that they would have to acknowledge we could actually have more than 700 items in a house.

What use would a warehouse be for trophies and mounts? Those already are in the collections and don't take away any inventory slots of bank storage, chests and char inventory.

I'd rather they would us be able to deconstruct self-created furniture like we can deconstruct armor and weapons. At least part of the mats would be available to craft new furniture then.
