Bringing back some power to old sets

Some old sets just became 100% replaced by newer sets which are just better in every option. First thing that comes to mind (since im mainly a PvE player,dps) are HoF sets.Master architect and War machine are just not optimal and are under powered. I would really like to see those 2 sets especially buffed. Since WarM is just usless when lokestiz exists and look at the new Roaring opprotunist compared to Master arch . RO gives major slayer buff to your whole damn group for a longer time with a heavy attack while MA only gives to 3 people for 10 secs and only with ulti so basicly only 3 classes can use the set anyway(same with WarM) which is just meh. Same would go for Spell power cure compared to Olorime. I don't like the idea of only gettin new sets that are good and old sets just get lost in time. And the idea of mostly just doing nerfs and never doing some buffs to underused sets.

they are still updating sets, they have an audit ongoing. Dunno why it takes so long or why this patch so few sets got updated. There are very many sets left behind in terms of numbers.

Do you realize zos is trying to move in the opposite direction you're talking about? This patch they made almost every One Tamriel set useless in the name of "balance".

Im not calling it pay to win, but what its certainly turning into is: what you once payed for is now useless.

Well they arent but okay, Maw of the infernal is current BiS for dps with this patch, most of the new greymoor sets are usless and etc. BRP / VDSA dual wielding does the same dmg as VMA/DW with the patch this buff and etc.
