The wording is confusing for me. Does this mean it can proc once every second basically?

(2 items) When you critically heal with Regeneration, you restore 500 Magicka. This effect cannot occur from simultaneous critical heals.

You get 500 mag in one tick even even if you crit heal multiple targets at the same time. However multiple targets and high crit helps to proc it frequently, and even can proc in consecutive ticks.

And yes, owehealing will proc it.

if you're healing 2 targets with 1 critical regeneration, it works only 1 time.

I think the question is better posed as, Throughout 1 cast of Regen, how many times will the bonus proc? Is it once per Regen Cast? Or can it Proc off each Critical Tick of Regen?

Surely the answer to that is favorable, and it's off each tick.

But does it proc on overheals? (I'm guessing yes.)
And does it proc when you've switched the staff to the back bar? (I'm guessing no.)

There's explicit wording about simultaneous ticks.

I mean, from the wording, as long as you don't overwrite all your previous regens it should be able to proc for 1500 every second, but it needs testing.

Yes to both questions.

Second question is yes, if regen is still ticking. The ability is modified, so much like the destro buff, carries over as long as the skill is still active.
