Performance in greymoore PS4

I have to say the performance in cyrodiil for me atleast has vastly improved. I stopped playing this game for 3-4 months due to performance issues but i can gladly say the fun has returned. I'm curious wether other console users are experiencing the same improvements? I see a lot of complaints on the forums regarding various issues so I thought I'd post a positive one.
