Haven't played the game in a year or so (whenever the movement speed cap was lowered).
Can somebody give me a brief description of how each class plays for stamina and magicka, in both pve and pvp please?

there were massive changes in U23 and U24 and now in U26, so brief summary won't help. You may just start reading all those patch notes, this will be the best way imo 1 -

There have been a lot of class changes just within the past year.
Agree, the best place to start is the Combat section of the patch note major updates.0
