Scrying + Certain Personalities = UI/Interface Wobble/Shaking

Apologies if this has already been reported; went back 4 pages with a title search and didn't see something similar about this.
Platform: Xbox One
Server: North America
(this issue is unlikely to be related to a specific platform or server, however)
Issue: Scrying interface
Details: Certain personalities cause the first person camera to jiggle (i.e., Telvanni Wizard). Under most gameplay circumstances this does not create any issues. However, the problem is noticeable when doing two activities - housing and now also scrying. While scrying with Telvanni Wizard personality equipped, the interface wobbles because of the wobbles associated with this personality's fidgets. While this is considerably less annoying than the wobble when attempting to do housing, it's still something that needs a fix because although there is a workaround, the workaround shouldn't be necessary.
Workaround: Disable the equipped personality that cause wobble due to fidgets
Long term solution: Remove these wobbles from all personalities in first person view.
