Stablemasters friendly to Vampires?

Are there any stablemasters that are friendly toward vampires so that I can upgrade my mount? If not, what are my options?

You can use the Mesmerize skill! If that doesn't work, you have the following options.

• Port into Cyrodiil since it's not tied to the Justice System and use the facilities there.
• Port to Coldharbour since it's also not tied to the Justice System.
• Use Purified Bloody Mara to reduce your vampire stage by one. Anything Stage 3 and below can interact with traders and essential NPCs.
