I bought on G2A the Greymoor Collectors Edition but I got Standard Edition instead.

Well, thats what happened. I used G2A cause im from Argentina and I do not own a credit card, G2A allows other ways to pay such as (Rapipago) which allows me to buy using cash.

Thing is that as soon I realized i was missing all the content from the collectors edition I submit a ticket here and also in G2A, to this day I still have no reply from the seller.
Also I start searching for clues inside the game, even found people that actually experienced the same thing with summerset and elsweyr (even buying from official store) They bought collectors edition but instead received the Standard one, they managed to get their stuff by contacting bethesda support.

On the ticket that I sent, first I received and answer saying that they cant "honor" purchases from 3rd parties (I dont know what honor means, my english aint perfect) so if you could please explain me. After that I ask the support guys if they could check the key that I got, to see if it is for an Standard or Collectors edition and if all this is just a bug.
Later they answered that I do own the collectors stuff and is actually on my collection screen (Which is not true, I do not own anything of the stuff coming in the Collectors Edition) I sent photos showing them all.
After that reply from me with the photos showing them that I do not own the stuff they reply back saying that they can "honor" purchases from 3rd parties again, something that I do not understand.

My questions are: Is there something bethesda can do to check what edition is my key?
Does any of you have experienced something similar?

My ticket support number is 200609-000178

After all this problem and after searching in forums such as Reddit I understood that buying from places like G2A aint safe neither correct, but what else Can I do if I do not own a credit card?

    I don't really have any advice other than to continue communicating with support through your ticket, but I can answer the language question.

    To "honor" a third-party purchase means giving you credit for having bought the product from another seller who isn't associated with or approved by the official seller. Basically they're saying that since you bought the game key from an outside seller, they don't have to recognize the purchase as legitimate.

    All I can say is that I didnt know that buying from G2A was wrong, now I learnt.
