No. Greymoor is a standalone story.

The only DLC stories that are actually linked at this time are: "Morrowind - Clockwork City - Summerset"; and "Elsweyr - Dragonhold" (including all the prolouges of course); those should be done in THAT order to avoid confusion and lore-fluff timeline vexation that happens when you do something that builds upon something else you haven't done yet but might do later... (like, playing with dragons in Dragonhold without first releasing them in the Elsweyr prolouge!).

Greymoor... is standalone, for now, and will have a follow-up story in the DLC later this year. Just play the Greymoor prolouge, and then go visit Solitude to start a-questin! ;)

Well, almost standalone, it IS a good idea to do the old mainquest stuff before Greymoor, so you don't quest with Lyris and then only later rescue her from coldharbour, same as with Abner Tharn in Elsweyr... but since you already finished that I guess nothing is keeping you from western skyrim! Go and enjoy, don't forget to redo your outfit for cold weather! ;)

Morrowind and Clockwork City are pretty independent of each other, as well, so doing them in any order before Summerset is fine.

But they are both part of the over arching Daedric Wars story line.

Also, it's been several months since I replayed those but if i remember correctly Clockwork City has quite a few references to things that happened in Morrowind. I guess it's true they could be done in either order and still make sense, but I think it's better to do Morrowind first.

Correct. For Daedric Wars go Morrowind, CC, then Summerset.
