If there were an achievement title for Trove Scamp Slayer and Cunning Scamp Slayer it would be the rarest.

Most difficult to obtain is probably godslayer because of the time constraint. That said rarest achievement probably belongs to some obscure achievement that only achievement hunters would get.

Every since the super special sparkle pony poster came to the forum to complain the current Emperor wouldn't take a bribe to allow the sparkle pony to kill him to get the title, and after seeing all the cheesing type of things people have admitted to doing to get Emperor in the first place, neither title is actually all that special. Sucks for the people who worked their tails off to get there, but not really impressive anymore.

I guess it can depend on which platform, because my friend was able to get it on console while he binge watched game of thrones. On console, you don't have to watch the screen because the controller vibrates and notifies you when to reel in.

"The Explorer" used to be a hard to get, until people complained. The delve bosses in cyrodiil used to have RNG based spawns. On top of that you had to deal with people coming in and killing you randomly. It took me longer to get The Explorer than it did to get any title, until they changed it, anyways. I never used to see anyone running around with it, and now it seems like everyone and their mother has it.

I'm reluctant to consider PvP or trial titles hard to get, because you can zerg your way to grand overlord, and be carried for any trial titles.

There are several Trial titles you cannot be carried to. As mentioned a few times here, Godslayer is so brutally difficult it is mathematically impossible to carry a dead weight and still achieve it. All 12 players must be at the absolute peak of PVE performance for the entirety of the run, no exceptions, and one slip up from one person ruins the entire attempt.

Not really true. SS best time currently is below 24 minutes so mathematicaly team like that can do the gs carry. But even if it is possible, it doesn't mean that gs is easy as most of end game raid guilds will have problems with meeting time requirements.
