What is the current best Templar Healer build? Link?

The best build is "have a vast variety of skills and gear ready and then use what fits the situation".

Can you be more specific as to what content you're interested in, etc?

As pointed out above, you'll have to specify the ESO content you're mainly playing, @One_ofMany.

Healer builds can vary quite a bit between Trials, Group Dungeons, PvP, Overland, and so on ...

Sorry! I meant the high difficulty group dungeons and trials. I'm about 450cp right now.

Dungeons:
Group with mag dd -
olorime+hollowfang+symphony
Group with exclusively stam dds -olorime+something+symphony
Groups that are bad-
Spell power cure+healing mage+earthgore.
Trials:
Depends on what the other healer (and tanks) are wearing.
