Quest: Prisoner of the Past

I should be finished with this quest, I've sent a bug/feedback report about this, but I'll be posting this here for you Devs.

This quest got stuck at collecting someone's remains 3/4 and the fourth remain also did not play for me when I picked it up,I've tried a /reloadui in game, that didn't work, and I've tried a full log out to the main menu and log back in, that also did not work. I would also assume this has cause some player's issues, but I also haven't tried abandoning this quest yet, to see if that even fixes it. I will see if that fixes the quest.

I completed this quest yesterday (after a second attempt due to the same bug of yours). Start from the helm at the southwest corner and go clockwise, it will work. It seems the dialogue between the ghosts must appear in that order. Also, when you complete it, you can't leave from where you entered, you need to leave by the northeast corner exit.

Same thing for me. Only got 3/4 and couldn't complete it...
If the quest visions need to be in a particular order, quest should be reworked to path the player to each item, 1 by 1.
I also killed the delve boss, before getting the 4th object; so I don't know if that's maybe that's the cuplrit...
Exiting & re-entering didn't fix it.
Deleting and restarting the quest.

*There's also a pair of Draugr in the delve that bug & become untargetable.

Can confirm this way worked for me after it initially glitched, items got in the order...

Got bug 8-15-20 EST. Abandoned quest. Went straight to helm and picked up after leaving and restarting quest and it says I've recovered 0 of 4 remains. Still bugged

Proceeded to do the other 3 remains and all were fine. Helm never even played ghost scene. Picked it up and nothing happened.

3rd try, went in and started in Southeast and went counter-clockwise. Got helm last. This time it worked! Got all 4. Yay!

Got the same doing it clockwise, took remains third and no ghost scene played, counter didn't increase to 3/4.

This has been nicely fixed... Meaning this just happened to me and now i have to drop and restart.

No remains can be found. I wonder if having that main quest active at the same time somehow messes this up.

Just encountered this same bug yesterday 2/14/2021. It's almost been a year since OP posted this and it is still not fixed. For shame. Thanks @Adzer2 for the fix.

Don't feel like being thread Necromancer however the bug appeared for me right now, any solution?

EDIT: Solved by abandoning the quest and doing it clockwise from the start.

This is how I completed the 'Prisoner of the Past' quest, entering at the bottom left, just follow the numbers in order and leave top right of the map.

Got 3/4... spent over an hour re-running the dungeon both directions. Abandoned. Friggin' hate bugged missions that have been bugged FOR YEARS in games I'm paying for.

Don't mean to necro a post, however, quest still seems to be bugged. Going to abandon and try suggestions for a particular order here.
