NPC instruments not playing

Hi, I've noticed that none of the instruments that NPCs are playing have any sound anymore (yes I have turned up every kind of volume). Player instruments are unaffected. Does anyone else have this issue?

✭✭✭This might be a part of a wider issue.
If I didn't have NPC subtitles writing to my chat window, I wouldn't have known that some lines are not playing at all. This includes KEY NPCS in MAIN QUESTS such as queen Khamira.
It's been happening inside a dialog (e.g., when you have to click to talk to someone) but recently I've noticed it can happen when they are doing a scripted scene.
Once a character has been singled out to not have audio, it seems that character won't have any until you relog.
@ZOS_GinaBruno can we get an update on a fix for this please? Or at least a warning that players should turn on NPC dialog to write to their chat window so they don't miss too much?Edited by Dusk_Coven on June 12, 2020 1:46AM0
