Dual wield heavy attacks are still OP. I had a Stamblade land 3,263 offhand + 7,450 mainhand on me out of stealth in a BG the other day. It's completely absurd, and was actually a little higher than the non-proc damage I've eaten from Stam DK in the past.

@wheem_ESO agreed dual heavy attacks that are specced for it are very strong right now especially in BG as you noted. I personally have never hit anyone for 7k with a single hand, but I'm guessing the bonus damage from stealth really adds up. In cp where I played most they are certainly not overpowered it takes a lot of work to kill skilled players in meta but it's cool that its an option. But agree this build in bg 1v1 is borderline insane it's a lot of fun. However anything more than that its balanced it doesn't give you the ability to just run around without repercussion. You give up a lot to spec the heavy attack damage and when your outnumbered it's hard to land a 1.6 sec windup while being focused.

@Vietfox Really appreciate that! Total intention of this build and it took a long time to make it work . Lots of embarrassing deaths as I worked on combo, sets ect. All worth it in the end and so happy seeing people show love for the novel idea.
