Moth Priest's Cleansing Bowl // Anvil of Old Orsinium

Not asking for spoilers or tips from the devs, but it would be nice to have confirmation that these items actually made into the game with Greymoor. They seem to be the main two that people legitimately have not found any lead or hints as to where they might be. Could be the players failing, for sure, but I think it'd be nice to know we're not wasting our time scouring everything if they haven't even been added as of yet.

I haven't found anything since the PTS for greymoor indicating that the Moth Priests Cleansing Bowl has dropped. No one could find the lead on PTS since there was a bug and no one has any idea where it could drop. No problem. Not sure if it affects it but it was in the DC zone of the sewers and I've circled the location of the treasure chest.

I got it in Old Orsinium public dungeon off of a mob. I don't remember if it was boss or not, but I think it was just a normal one. Somewhere near the public event boss.

Got lead for Moth Priest bowl from a random mob in Imperial City (not sewers)

It's the chat announce module from LUI Extended. There's a section for antiquities.

I can also confirm they drop.
Heartland and the Bowl both dropped for me from any boss in the imperial city since the patch. They can drop from district bosses, wandering Xyvkin and the stationary mini bosses in the sewers.

They are both in the game after today's patch. I had both drop from chests in Imperial City.
