if ist true what Alcast says you should get the Bal Foyen lead from safeboxes in Bal Foyen and from bosses in IC. I opened around 1000 safeboxes there ang got nothing. Is the info wrong or am I really unlucky?

Probably unlucky. Drop rates could potentially vary between the zones to either incentivize going to those main zones or for what's more readily available.

I did bosses on the upper part with few guildies, after 5-6 boss kills around half of our group had the lead. Bosses seems to work pretty well for it

I was the one who originally gave that information to Alcast. I have since posted this to him:

I had originally posted here a safebox in Bal Foyen dropped a gold lead, Malacath's Brutal Rune Core. I was in a rush, and at first assumed the (as far as I know, no one has gotten it in live) Tri-Angled Truth Altar was actually a gold lead. My second assumption, given I couldn't scry that, was it was Malacath's Brutal Rune Core, which is the other piece you dig in Bal Foyen. I was in a rush to get away from the safebox. However, the Brutal Rune Core does not show as found in my codex. It had to have been some kind of duplicate gold lead, because it didn't result in anything "new" found. My sincere apologies to Alcast and everyone. I think that should be removed from the website. There was a gold lead that dropped, I just don't know which one it was. Again, I'm sorry.
