The problem with Battle Grounds

I've been having this issue for quite a while, but today was just the last drop as they say.
I know BGs don't let you enter with a pre-made group so that anyone could play it at any time, even if they dont have people to join with. Even though it would be more interesting to play with my guildies and coordinate, i get it.
But what pissed me off to the extreme is the matching system. Not only does it not take into account the CP of the player (i know it's non-CP, but it is a good hint towards the player's experience with the game and that does count!), but also the matching system doesn't seem to care if you are in a complete team or not.
Usually, the game would start with an incomplete team of 3. And it annoyed me but i said to myself that maybe someone would join in the meantime so it's not that bad.
But today the game kept putting me in a 2 man team and starting. This is beyond unfair.
How the hell should 2 people compete against 10 other players?

I was never really into pvp, but kept doing it because it is a big part of getting the daily exp. I know you want us to experience both but how the hell should we enjoy it when it is this unbalanced and this broken as a matching system?
I don't think this problem happened yesterday and I really don't think I am the only one that experienced it. So what would it take to do something about it?
