Vampire - occasional Major Crime bounty without committing crimes/using Vamp abilities

Unfortunately can't provide very much information - the bug is quite elusive and only happened to me two or three times.
Sometimes I get a Major Crime bounty (two out of three bars, 200+ gold) when around NPCs as a Vampire. I haven't had the chance to troubleshoot exactly what's causing it, but here are the details:

• Every time this happened to me I was at Stage 4, but I can't guarantee it won't happen at other stages.
• I believe this may have something to do with the Unnatural Movement passive, since I think every time I got the bounty I tried to interact with something shortly after leaving invisibility.
• I also think this is caused by trying to interact with NPCs, though I'm not sure about this one.
• This is definitely not caused by committing an actual crime. Every time this happened, I made sure to check every possibility and sure enough, I didn't have any stolen items in my inventory (so I wasn't accidentally nicking owned items), and pickpocketing is a Petty Crime with a much smaller bounty, and won't cause guards to kill you on sight. I also had my weapons put away every time and I didn't see any attack/ability visuals, so there was no chance I accidentally assaulted someone.
• When walking up to (non-guard) NPCs with this bounty, I get Vampire-specific voice lines ("My blood is my own, monster!", "Keep your fangs to yourself!", et cetera). Perhaps the game is treating this as a witnessed Vampire ability/feeding attempt (again, I'm absolutely sure I'm not using any abilities, Vampire or otherwise).

Yep, I was just editing that in - I'm certain I'm not using any abilities, Vampire or not, and using Unnatural Movement is legal - I've tested this many times both on PTS and on Live.

It happens to me too, but I can't confirm your possible causes.
It happened to me on vampire stage 2 and 3
I do not have the passive
It happens to me when just riding through a town, not doing any abilities, not trying to interact, just walking through

Correction;

Eviscerate and Mesmerize are both non-criminal acts, including their morphs. The other three abilities and the ultimate are deemed criminal acts. All the passives aside from the feed mechanic are also non-criminal acts as well. I've thoroughly tested it on PTS and Live both, which none of them are the source for this bug.


As for the bug, I've had friends who encounter it and it was coming out of stealth through Unnatural Movement as well. Or at least 'seems' that way. It almost sounds similar the werewolf bug where they don't even have to transform to incur a bounty so I'm wondering if it's actually just a delayed Justice System check on a previous action/townie somehow. Though that's pure speculation at this point.
