Death stalker passive

Anyone else think the new Death stalker (Ignore the Movement Speed penalty of Sneak. Decreases the time it takes to enter Sneak by 50%.) passive benefit should be moved to the Legerdemain skill line? Since the entire skill line has to do with stealing and generally you are sneaking when stealing items.

The passive is not specific to stealing. It is a fabulous passive for PvP and anyone who enjoys sneaking around.

So no, it should not be moved to Legerdemain. That passive comes with a cost. Legerdemain does not have a cost.

Fair enough. Then move it to the Alliance War skill trees. My point being it should not be locked behind a specific skill line (vampire) and more accessible to all players.

My first thought was moving it to the Dark Brotherhood but wanted to keep it more open and available to everyone in the base game thus my original suggestion of Legerdemain.

It's a vampire skill because it suits the vampire theme very well. It's not just about stealing or PvP, and it's no more locked behind a skill line than say, Snipe. Any player can chose to become a vampire if they wish to have access to that passive.

Honestly I feel, NB should have a similar passive by default, that passive legit forces all NBs to be a vampire.
