theskymoves✭✭✭✭Nope. The best drop I've gotten is a blue furnishing plan (non-Greymoor). I'll do my 30 days for the achievement and then never go near them again.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭I've done the Harrowstorm daily on my main each and every day. I've yet to get a single "new" furnishing plan from the satchel (if I even get one of those). I've gotten some repeat recipes, but mostly Counterfeit Pardon Edict

Today I completed my 50th HS, got 3 blue furnishing plans out of it, and that's it.
I would have loved to get some purple plans, and I would have if ZOS knew how to implement a decent RNG.
I am very disappointed and that's a huge understatement. It's time to take a break from my ESO+ membership.

✭Some other weird things about looting and Harrowstorms:- I keep getting piles of ash (ex. Pile of Ash x13) but I cannot find it in my inventory afterwords (nor in my craft bag, not that it should be there).
- Unlike other events of this type, you can't seem to loot the final boss once he dies, only the mound in the middle.
- Satchels for me are still only dropping leniency edicts and nothing else (two days in a row)

In other words, very few players share the same opinion that Elsweyr is a "dragon racetrack".
