Hi
I'm currently locked out from the game. The day before yesterday I recevid a message on log in saying the machine I was using wasn't recognized and I should receive a mail with an access code. The pc was the one i was using since beta and the mail never arrived. I tried opening a ticket but no answer. Of course before opening the ticket a tried the knowledge base and did all the steps indicated, but to no avail.
Any solution to the problem?
If you have not received your access code you should contact customer support to request an email address change by selecting "No Longer Have Access / Can't Remember Email on Account" in the Issue Type field on this form.
