athletics is 3% per piece (we assume 5 so 15%)
is this additive to the sprint bonus? so a flat 15% (=155% move speed while sprinting in medium)
or multiplicative so 15% of 40% or around ~%5 (=145% move speed)
im assuming the former based on how ESO handles calculation, but want to make sure.
