When choosing character I get logged off in the EU server

I can log in, I get to the character selection screen and choose a toon to load, it goes to request char load and then to the regular loading screen and then I get kicked back to the server selection and login screen and are told that there was no connection to the server

    I managed to log in and went to Craglorn, then moved to Malabal Tor, which took a long time to load, then I moved to stormhaven, did a survey and tried to port within the same StormH and got kicked again, here is the message

    Seriously guys, it has become impossible to play, every 10 mins I am kicked off to that screen, and as usual ZOZ staff don't even answer, you need to pull your Stuff together, because this is a game killer

    Yes, it just happened today, I was playing fine for about 3 hrs and then it kicked me after a dragon bugged and now I cannot load character again, exact same issue

    I downloaded BattlePing to see if it makes it better, the ping does not lower but it stabilizes the game a bit, I just got kicked twice since the moment I responded previously until now

    And I just connected today and not even 30 secs after loading in Rawl'kha the game froze, big 999+ spike and then kicked out to the logging screen

    On the meantime I will cancel the ESO plus and wait until this is solved, because I see is not just me, but a lot of people, including the guys from Oceania(AU and NZ) and the response is too slow, I get you are probably working from home, but I am an IT L2 Speciallist also working from home, and it has not imacted my response capability, so ZOZ is not getting any more money from me until they solve this, and I will in the meantime play in the NA server, where I do not have my 1+ mil gold, my crown store items and all my toons and years spent, thanks for being so reliable zoz

    @ZOS_BillE It is not your fault entirely, but you are the face of the company in this case bro

    Yeah, very random response, I have already done so, you know the timeframe of response? I have not even received the confirmation that the ticket is being worked on

    I have similar problem on PC/NA. It started 3 days ago and gone worse with every day.
    1st day I was able to do solo content and even dungeons. My ping has always been around 100-130. When in dungeons, ping is fine until fighting starts. Then it's all over 300s, 500s and spikes even 999+. Once out of combat, it drops back to normal. Tried to run some norm trials for coffers. Same thing, ping fine, no lag until fight starts. Except in trials the ping spikes were much higher and I had alot of total freezes for 10+ seconds and even few boots to login screen. Tried vMA, no problem. Had some lag here and there but ping was in range as usual. Even got my new best score lol.
    2nd day, I was only able to do solo overland stuff and got booted every 15 minutes. Ping spiked to 999+ randomly without combat and just standing in zone. Often couldn't even use mount or get nodes, open doors. Everything had long delays even when ping dropped out of red.
    Today I had trouble logging in at all. First the launcher is sluggish as hell and it takes 20-30sec for the play button to even appear. Then long time to get to character select screen. And then after selecting toon, got booted back to login screen. Sometimes got message "make sure you have valid internet connection ". After several tries I finally got in but couldn't do anything. Any zone i ported, i got 999+ ping and i couldn't interact with anything. After a minute got booted to login again.
    I tried disabling all addons, ran repair, restarted router. Tried to run eso64.exe without launcher in case Steam is causing issues again, but no difference. Tested my internet speed and did ping test, all normal as usual. One day everything worked fine and the next not. I've been playing for 4 years and never seen anything this bad. My wife has the same problem (separate PC and separate account) so it's not our pc hardware problem.
    Submitted a ticket 200603-011217 but couldn't find right sub-category.
    Really disappointed, bought Greymoor and cant play.

    Thanks, but the person that was working on my ticket said it was my ISP(When I gave proof it is not) and closed the ticket, I sent a mail sending screenshots, to reopen the ticket and have not received response(this was Fri 6/5/2020 10:26 AM) and have not heard from support

    They actually told me(Before I gave them proof it is not my ISP) to open a thread here funnily enough(Funny because you told me to open a ticket with support)

    You guys need to coordinate better XD

    same here.

    i came to post something, thinking i was the only one.
    saw a couple of posts about it.

    since yesterday i cant log into the world.
    i can go to the character screen, but then after a long unsuccessful loading, i get d/c.

    in the last couple weeks i've played like 2 days. sub well spent.
    get your *** together ESO. its one problem after another lately.

    The issue has resolved. Sorry for not letting you know sooner, I wanted to be sure it stays that way.
    I wasn't able to play for 4 days, and then on Saturday it was fixed. I didn't do anything at my end so if you did something then thank you for fixing it. I have been playing for 3 days now without a single disconnect, crash and ping has been steady around 100 which is my normal.
    I responded to the initial email that you can close the ticket.
