Gabrielle Benele missing from Antiquarian Circle

I completed the Antiquarian tutorial quest, and recently dropped back by through Solitude to say hello to my favourite little nerdy mage, only to find that she's completely gone. This might not be a bug, since it doesn't necessarily impede progress or anything, perhaps it's more just like Hiranesse (from Summerset; just outside of Wasten Coraldale) where she's removed from the game after you complete her quest.
Although "story-wise", Gabrielle's disappearance doesn't make sense considering you can still get messages from her in the Circle when you dig up new antiquities.
TL;DR—where's my girl Gabrielle at? is it a bug or is her removal from Solitude after the Antiquity tutorial quest an intended feature?

Shortly after the formation of the Ebonheart Pact, a Nord woman was given a tour of the Tribunal Temple. When later asked about the experience, she seemed upset. Suffice to say, the Dunmer were not pleased to hear this, and thus they inquired further.
"Well," the Nord frowned, "the priests were very angry and unwelcoming. They kept shouting things at me like "you can't drink that mead in here!" and "somebody stop her, she's running naked!" and "we can't catch her; she's covered in grease!""

SilvenstreamSoul ShrivenI was wondering the same. I have been doing most of the game's content in chronological order and I love all the reoccurring characters and references.
After Greymoor came out, I decided to do the Antiquarian tutorial quest, so I would get leads while continuing my Grand Tour of Tamriel. At that time I was doing the Summerset main Storyline, but hadn't met the familiar-looking Golden Knight...
I would love to be able to run into Solitude and tell Gabrielle the news! It's kinda weird to have her in Anvil while not in Solitude. It would be great if Zenimax would just make her a permanent resident in Solitude and make it possible to repear that conversation. Apparantly you can tell her about Summerset during the quest, but I wasn't aware of it (cause I am trying to avoid spoilers and stuff).
edit: this is my first post in the forums. Never saw the need to post. Till now, that is.

A lot of characters are in more than one place. What I meant to say was, she is still in Anvil. You can still have a chat about the note you found in Wrothgar. I mean, if you want to have her only in one location, her latest one would make more sense.
Edit: I just checked, but if you did all her quests, you can find her in Coldharbour, Glenumbra, Alik'r and Bangkorai. All at the same time. The only location she isn't, is at the latest one, Solitude.Edited by Silvenstream on June 29, 2020 3:03PM0 -

yeah that's what I meant. it's common for NPCs to move around or to be in more than one place, but I just couldn't find the reason for her removal. The same thing happened to me, I was still at the 2nd quest in summerset when I decided to go do the antiquities quest since I had lots of leads expiring soon at the time, I knew about the conversation & read the transcript on uesp site. i thought I could talk to her later after I finish summerset & have that conversation (like I did in anvil "I did dark brotherhood before orsinium & even before finishing main quest then went back & had that conversation with her after finishing these 2 quest lines") but then after I finish the quest she is nowhere to be found at all.Edited by BlueDragon90 on July 12, 2020 9:50PM0
