PC Reboots when playing the game

Hi, I have an MSI GT62VR 7RE Dominator Pro laptop (specs = https://www.notebookcheck.net/MSI-GT62VR-7RE-Dominator-Pro-7RE-223.192374.0.html )and I have this issue when I start the game, load up the character select screen and when I try to load any of the characters, the screen flickers for a couple seconds (weird purple/green flickering) and then my PC restarts.

I have updated drivers and windows updates.
I have cleaned my PC from dust and what not.
My PC is not overheating.
I have tried re-installing the game.
No other game does this. Only ESO.
I am not overclocking.

Could someone help me please? I am not sure what is going on and I fear trying to play the game (because sometimes I can load a character and play for a couple minutes) might damage my PC.

A crash that locks up your entire PC could indicate a more serious issue beyond the game installation. You can open a ticket with our customer support team and include a game consultant report.
