Bug: combat while excavating

When attempting to excavate a site I was placed in combat by an NPC which took me out of the excavating window, I believe I was in Clockwork city. This removed core elements from my UI, granted I use Bandits addon however it has been upgraded.
Fix was to reload UI to obtain standard UI elements back.
