now my pvp char is stuck with a bug where he can't run or even walk never alone ride his mount without being really really slow, that he cant even keep up with anybody. seriously, cyrodill is in serious need of an overhaul right now, and the longer it takes, the worse it's getting.

Somnilux✭✭✭Server/code/performance issues asside, that particular bug can be fixed by heavy attacking, particularly if you point your camera at your feet. It has about a 90% success rate for me and guilds that have figured it out.

✭OP - if you get the slow bug, you have to die, and it will reset. Last time it happened to me, I had to remove my armour & jump off the top of a keep, 'cause there were no enemy players around.
