Tsaesci Hat - Baandari Luck Veil no longer showing

Since update 26 hit live, this one has noticed that when she wears her lovely Tsaesci hat, her Baandari Luck Veil now disappears. This never used to happen on update 25, and it looks very nice to see the Baandari Luck Veil on Dra'ni's muzzle while wearing this hat.
