Can't login PC NA

I open the game and it requests login and then i get this "An unexpected internal error has occurred. Please contact customer service at help.elderscollsonline.com"

If i change to the EU server i can login and have no issues at all. I have repaired my game client, restarted my PC, etc..

    I'm having same problem on EU. I am EU citizen but cannot log in to EU server, but I can log in to NA for some reason...
