PC-Gamepad can't view links from chat?

I don't know if it's a bug, but why can't I view links from guilds or items when I'm in the chat. (hit options-square on controller) this is how it works on console. I can't even view player's to friend, whisper, etc. Am I missing something?

✭✭✭✭I'm not sure if there is a way to view links with the gamepad. I use an xbox controller on PC but to view links, I hit 'enter' on the keyboard and use the mouse to view links.PC/NA/EP ✌️0 -
