Have an Eso Plus account started in 2014! Yet i can not access Greymoore.
Filed an Support ticket... no response ofc.
Is there a way to get a refund for ESO Plus membership since they fail to deliver?
Do people even read what they buy or do any kind of research at all? Not only have there been multiple topics on this in the last couple of days, but the description page for ESO plus spells out what is included.
ESO+ only includes zones that can be bought with crowns. A week ago, Elsweyr could only be bought with cash and was not available via ESO+. Now, Elsweyr can be bought with crowns and is available via ESO+. But the new Chapter, Greymoor, has replaced Elsweyr as the cash-only zone. You can either buy the Greymoor chapter from the website (the "Store" link at top of page), or wait a year for next Chapter to come out, at which point prior Chapter becomes available via ESO+.
Yes, the difference between "DLC" and "Chapters", and that Chapters eventually become DLC, is a bit silly and confusing. But it has been this way for more than 3 years.
This is a disgrace that eso expect to charge for eso plus which does say dlc included then release grey bla-bla-bla i cant even be bothered any more to type about this Aion style charging before fixing game its just soo fkn anouying.then peolple defend them^^ even sadder imo and apart from the crafting bag eso plus is def not a +
As there are multiple threads ongoing about Greymoor access issues we've decided to close this thread.
We are still looking into issues with some players unable to access Greymoor. For players who own Greymoor and still cannot access Skyrim, please open a ticket with customer support. Please be aware that ESO Plus membership does not grant you access to The Elder Scroll Online: Greymoor content.
