Precursor Maker Quest: Construct Pelvis missing?

For what ever reason, I can't seem to get the Construct Pelvis. It is not where it is supposed to be in Lower Bthanual.

Is there any way to get this to respawn or any other way to obtain?

Forgot to mention, I may have gotten it awhile ago (not sure) and it was either sold or destroyed for whatever reason
