Blood Frenzy keeps toggling back on

As the title says. It turns itself back on.
It's bad enough this power absolutely wrecks your health, but when you micromanage the thing and toggle it off only for it to stop for a moment then toggle back on is ludicrous. Not sure what's going on here, but I'm already watching to make sure the highlighted yellow border of the power GOES AWAY because too many times I toggle off and bar swap and my health is stilll going down hard. Just now I watched the thing go off twice (highlight completely vanishes) for all sudden next tick just brings it right back.
Vampires are in a seriously crap state with all the penalties, power cost increase, quality of life issues/bugs and this "kill me now" power consistently not staying off.
