Get kicked to sign in during character load

I can sign in but when I load a character into the game I get kicked to sign in screen. This has been since 3pm. My internet was down from 5 to 9:30, local outage. I don't think that's the issue though.

    I shut off al of my addons. Most of them were updated today. Now I can log in :D
