✭✭✭✭Things like this can never cover people posting stuff on forums or sites like Facebook. Sites and forums have rules in place to protect their users and prevent them from being exposed to potentially harmful/overly negative content, and no 'law' that's put into place is going to take away the right to moderate content to keep doing that. Free speech does not trump others' safety/health, be it physical, mental, emotional, etc. It's why you can still be arrested if you go into a store and start shouting racial slurs and profane things at people. Freedom of speech doesn't mean you're free to say whatever you want to whoever you want when and wherever you want and not suffer some sort of fallout from it, it just means you have the power to say those things. It doesn't protect you from the consequences of saying them.
