Get the same mythic item multiple times?

I want to equip the same item on multiple chars. Is this possible? I guess I just have to regrind all the pieces again, right?

Xen0rm✭✭I have tried. After combining one mythic item, I can get another drop of one of the lead. I will try further to get all the pieces and see if it works.0
