How do I know if an Antiquities lead/item is "Ultimate" level?

Under the new Scrying skill tree, 5/5 in the "Antiquarian Insight" (at level 10) allows you to scry for antiquities of up to Ultimate difficulty, while 4/5 (at level 7) allows for Master difficulty items. Now, I thought that all mythic items were "Ultimate" difficulty; but maybe that is not true, as players are telling me they can do mythic items at level 7. So, how do I know if something is "Ultimate" difficulty? Any examples of Ultimate items (requiring level 10 and 5/5)?

The TLDR is that both Master and Ultimate Antiquities are yellow in the UI; you have to look at the details in the Scrying tab of the Journal menu to see which difficulty a given Antiquity is.
