Do you still have skills taking longer than they should to cast or not casting at all? This patch I got into situations where I couldn't cast skills at all, no matter how often I pressed the button (and I wasn't silenced, standing in a negate or sth like that.) Do you see a lot of npc just running back and forth instead of attacking you (even on ressources with only a few players around)? Do you often "stay" in animation of some skills, for example secluded grove and its morphs on Warden class? Those seemed to be fixed for me. For me at PC EU no change.2 loadscreens between logging in to main campaign and reaching Gold Vendor in exactly the same base, today's morning Europe time -campaign half empty, 2/2/1 bars. About 10 LS's between Aleswell and Dragonclaw by horse. Ping randomly jumps from normal 90-130 up to 400-500 while riding lonely, ungrupped, through the map (just some animals or imperial tent in view distance). Sieges sometimes fire with long delay (2-5 sec after green line is displayed and button pressed), sometimes bugged completely (yesterday afternoon my balista was firing bolts at it's own base, no matter where I've been aiming). Today at Ash I've been unable to change aiming direction more than about 30-40 degrees (while expected to turn it completely around, 360), so I left it and put another nearby. Only few examples...

what doesn't seem to be fixed though seems to be the access to western skyrim. I hear people saying in zone chat, that they bought greymoore and cannot access western skyrim - whereas when i look at the map of western skyrim the wayshrine there shows white with a recall fee - and I do not own greymoore - i didn't test if i could actually teleport there, i don't want to get in trouble, but it looks like i could. Didn't ZOS take the server down twice in order to fix this issue?
