Antiquities tweaks needed

Antiquities rewards aside from Mythic Items feel kind of underwhelming at the moment especially the Bonus Items from Dig Sites. The Epic leads for the Ancestral Motifs should definitely be repeatable and Players should have the ability to sell those motifs. There also should be an additional Epic Lead available that appears far less frequently and bring players to dig sites in random zones. This Dig Site would yield trade-able non-binding special consumables that can buff characters for PvE activities and PvP activities.

    I'm also pretty sure you can sell the motifs. I'm also pretty sure the motif leads are repeatable as I got an extra pair today and then sent the motifs to a friend. I'm not sure the OP has fully explored the system before suggesting changes.

    but i assume you need a new lead to find the motif again and cant use the same lead several times as with other antiquities...maybe thats what he meant

    It is a bit annoying that the motif leads are tied to treasure maps...these are kinda hard to come by / random... you could buy them before easily but of course this has resulted in them being either sold out or being sold at insane price hikes

    Oh, I suppose that could be the confusion. The initial system gets players used to having one free repeatable green lead which leads to a repeatable blue lead. When someone initially encounters a new green lead, it can be confusing that it's not repeatable like the ones they have seen already. There is an early rush for these new motif pages, but it won't take long for things to get back to normal and treasure maps clogging up inventory and being sold cheap on guild vendors.

    A quick check of TTC confirms being able to sell the Ancestral Motifs. But my second suggestion about the consumables still stands. :p

    I agree with this part. There is definitely room to explore more non binding items that can drop. My hope is that they do explore a bit more in the future. For now, we can get the new runestone as a non binding bonus item so there is that at least.

    The blue lead you get from the repeatable green lead is only repeatable in the sense that you can just do the green lead again for another blue lead.
