Greymoor brought many problems, we all saw that. For what concerns me yesterday at 4 pm the launcher has pushed me into an endless repairing (15 hours). I do not want dredge up the past but me and a very small percentage of players are unhappy to not play in BG premade anymore, I do not want to talk about the absurd delay and lag in Cyro and tbh everywhere (awful). You have a nice game in your hands, but so many issues. Currently I am not a satisfied customer... especially beacause my launcher starts right now again to repair... the loop is keep going.

You might want to look in technical support. Sometimes if it says repair I just close the launcher and reopen and it works fine.

Don't pay attention to trolls. Majority of people have severe problems with game right now and your feedback is appreciated.

Every big patch have simmular issue so dont worry and be patient.
Even with this issues it's the best mmo of this type on market so easy... They will fix all major problems in time...

Yet others they will fix only to return in a later patch; other major issues will be confirmed as fixed, but still be ongoing for years (performance).
