Tried on 2 different toons to respec stats......seems as tho you must put a couple into magic first.

✭✭✭✭✭It seems you are talking about respecting attributes. You do not have to put any into magicka if you do not want to. You can go all stam, all health or all mag and any comb combination of the three you want.

It would take all in magic, but none in stam or health until I zoned.
