Solitude daily quest problem.

Any time I try to pick up the Solitude daily quests in the order of Swordthane Jylta, Tinzen and Hidaver I can only pickup the first two quests. As soon as I accept the Tinzen quest I see the available Hidaver quest disappear. If I go with Swordthane Jylta, Hidaver and Tinzen I can pickup all three quests.

In case it is important the Tinzen quest is The Preservation of Life.

Just an update. This problem only appears when The Preservation of Life quest is in the rotation. If I use this NPC sequence when the quests are different Hidaver's quest marker will appear.

Thanks @Alinhbo_Tyaka ! We are aware of this issue and have a fix in progress for it. The workaround you mentioned works in the meantime.

This bug still persists on PS4.

I had this happen, but if I pick up the harrowstorm daily, then the world boss daily, and get the delves daily last of all, I am able to get them all with no problem.

FYI it hasn't been fixed on PC yet either - but it's easy to work around, just pickup the middle daily quest LAST when you are in Solitude.
