Vampire feeding bugged

I have 2 vamp alts, one working as expected, yet the other one, despite having fed 7/8 times still shows the first bite mini-scene while still staying at stage 1. Anyone else had this happen? Or is it just me?

The original bite of lifting someone into the air and draining them only plays if there is not enough space for the new animations to play. As for still staying at stage one that sounds like a bug.

They've been lifting in the air now, even when there's plenty of room. Even got the achieve for 10 bites but still no stage increase.

Got the same problem, feeding does not increase the vampire stage. Stuck at stage 1.

I've experienced a bug where it looked like I was giving someone a blow***. any one else? (Trying to turn a friend into a vampire)
