Any chance we could talk about the skill delay that seems to be worse than prior to the patch drop?
We are getting mixed messages due to @ZOS_RichLambert said in a recent interview. I believe he thinks desyncs were fixed in u25 when in fact it introduced a massive skill desync issue. I feel a lot of people believe the issue isn't understood and that may be slowing down the progress of any potential fix.
Any information would be amazing.
