Hello, I have tried several times in the past few days to submit a ticket for this issue, and every time it failed to actually submit. So now I bring it to the forums in hopes that someone who can help actually sees this.

I Pre-Ordered my Physical Collector's Edition of Greymoor from Amazon.com. The order did not arrive by release date, and has not in fact, even been shipped. Upon getting on with Amazon support, they claim that Bethesda has yet to even send them an updated release date, and so they cannot ship it. It has been two days since this conversation and my tickets on your end have not gone through, and Amazon still have not shipped it. It is quite disconcerting when one side says they can't do anything and the other side's systems aren't working properly to help you resolve your issue. I am now both several days behind actually playing the game, and have an empty shelf space I've been saving for this batch of Collector's Edition Goodies, as I have supported ESO with purchasing a Collector's Edition with every expansion. As such I am quite put out by this current series of events.

Please, I hope someone who can actually do something sees this and can actually help. And if anyone else has been having issues with Amazon, please let us know so it becomes an apparent issue, or if I'm just getting the run around.

    What is happening when you try to open a ticket?

    You may need to go through a different web browser to get your ticket started.

    I get all the way through to Ticket Submission. Says "Thanks for submitting your question. Your ticket number is:" And is blank after that. I'm on Chrome, and I will go ahead an re try on Edge. However I have submitted tickets in the past through Chrome with no issue.

    EDIT: Tried on Microsoft Edge, same result.

    Hey @Sin119 when you go to the "My Support" tab at the top of help.elderscrollsonline.com are you able to view your ticket number there?

    @ZOS_Adrikoth No, it says I don't have any recent tickets. As stated earlier I get to the "Your ticket number is:" But it fails to generate a ticket number, and given that it says I don't have any recent tickets under "My support" I'm left to assume it's not going through. And this is attempting several times a day, on multiple web browsers at this point.

    Hey, I got the same issue...
    I pre-ordered my physical copy on amazon.com on 20th april and I didn't get any information about shipment or smth..

    Do you have any updates about this problem?
    I also have every previous statues and books and I'm really upset about this one...

    My Physical copy finally arrived. However now I have the issue of it not including the month of ESO plus. Not the biggest deal in the world, but come on, after all this.
