Account details are always 'currently unavailable' in the Settings tab in the log in screen (image 1 below).
The 'Account' tab doesn't appear in the Setting menu all the time either (image 2 below) - it seems to only appear after you've logged into a character and logged back out to character selection and then back to the login screen.
The only time where my account details seem to load (image 3) is if immediately after clicking 'Back' in the character selection screen I go straight to account options - this seems to be on a timer and if I'm not quick enough my account details are never loaded.
