Still can't go greymoor. That was 5th shutdown. Can someone help please ?

I already made a ticket, still waiting for answer and they told me that tomorrows maintenance should fix it. Of course it didnt...

There is no point in creating more topics about the same thing. They already know about the issue and are investigating, there is nothing anyone can do about it.

No no, recreating the topic is good. Makes sure they are aware it is still a problem. I mean, look at R.I.P. PC EU, they are still saying that performance became better.

I have also reported this as a ticket that is still waiting on an agent since the 26th May. It is hard to know what to do to get help. Those images are the same as mine - it shows blocked, selecting upgrade shows you have it purchased.
